I deleted kodi i and started fresh.i installed the batman build, selected the download folder then right click on the link and clicked on standard context. the only way to see the download is to play the movie the right click on it to download the movie. When the download is complete i went to the folder i selected, but there is no video there.Where do i find the video to play it
Can't download playable movies using this technique on an android box running kodi. Trying to put on a usb 2 tb stick but won't play after download. Ideas? Asking for a friend
The folder was setup. after click on standard context the menu that comes up is play,information,mark as watched,add to favorites, super favorites but no download as indicated in the video
after i click on standard context no menu appears appears with the word download

I don't really download movies using Kodi, but it's very difficult at least for me to believe that since the dawn of creation we've come so far, yet Kodi STILL TO THIS DAY don't provide a better download progress monitor? I guess because Kodi is really more geared towards streaming? 🙂
