Plot

Brothers is directed by Max Barbakow, best known for his critically acclaimed 2020 film Palm Springs. This marks Barbakow's third feature, following Palm Springs and his 2013 debut Mommy, I’m a Bastard. The script for Brothers was written by Macon Blair, based on a story by Etan Cohen.

The movie is produced by Andrew Lazar (Mad Chance), Josh Brolin (Brolin Productions), Peter Dinklage (Estuary Films), and David Ginsberg. Trish Stanard and Macon Blair serve as executive producers. Brothers is a collaboration between Legendary Pictures, Mad Chance Productions, Brolin Productions, and Estuary Films.

In addition to Brothers, Barbakow is also set to write and direct an upcoming body-swap comedy starring Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston for Amazon MGM Studios.
