Tubi TV is another Amazing APK for Movies and TV Streaming. The company issues out a statement to the public that suggests they will not allow Tubi TV work in EU due to GPDR.

I used IPVanish and seemed to work for me.
IPVanish seems to be able to open TubiTV and worked really well. All you have to do it change location from the drop-down IPVAnish to the USA and best location.
