In this guide, I am going to take you through the step by step process to install The Beast Kodi build. The method used in this guide works on all the Kodi compatible devices including FireStick, Nvidia Shield, Windows PC, Android etc.

When you sign in and the next page has loaded, scroll down a bit until you see your name. Locate the ‘VERIFY’ button (in red color) and click it. Your email address will thus be verified.

How to Install The Beast Kodi Build

Now that you have registered on the website, I will show you hot to install The Beast on Kodi.

Before we get started, we will have to prepare Kodi for the installation of third-party builds by allowing Unknown Sources.

• Go to Kodi home-screen and click ‘Settings’ option on the top right. Now, click ‘System Settings’ on the next screen.
• Select ‘Add-ons’ on the following screen and on the right move the ‘Unknown Sources’ switch to the ON position (image below)

#6. Enter a name you would like to identify this source within the ‘Enter a name for this media source’ field. I am going to choose the name ‘Beast’ for it

Click OK to add the source.

The source has now been added. Let us now install the beast Kodi repo.

Step 2: Install the Beast Repo from the Added Source

Follow the steps below to install the repo:

#1. Return to the Kodi home-screen and click ‘Add-ons’

#2. Click the ‘Package Installer’ option on the top right of the next window

#3. Now click ‘Install from zip file’ on the following window

#4. You should now see ‘Beast’ (or the name you gave to the source earlier) on the list. Click it!

#5. Now, you must see a Zip file on the next window. It is named something like ‘repository.beast-1.14.zip’. The last digits in the filename represent the version number. They might change if the repository is updated. Click the Zip file to proceed

#6. Now, wait for the ‘Beast Repository add-on installed’ notification to slide out from the top right (see the image below.) When you see this notification, the Beast repo has been installed.

Now we will learn how to go about with the beast Kodi download.

Step 3: Install the Beast Kodi Build from the Repo

Here are the steps to install the build.

#1. From the Kodi home-screen, click ‘Add-ons’ and then click ‘Package Installer’ icon like before. Now, click ‘Install from repository’

#2. What you want to do next is click the ‘Beast Repository’

#3. Click ‘Program Add-ons’ next

#4. Now, go ahead and click ‘The beast Wizard U.S.’ version. If you live in the UK or anywhere close to the UK than the US, click the UK version instead.

#5. Click the ‘Install’ button on the bottom-right of the next screen

#6. After about a minute, you should see ‘The Beast Wizard U.S. Add-on installed’ notification.

#7. If you see the following pop-up, click ‘Ignore’

#8. Now, go to the Kodi home-screen one more time and navigate to Add-ons > Program Add-ons. You will find The Beast Wizard here. Click the wizard to open it

#9. Next, click ‘[Build Installer] Builds’ option

#10. You will now see the following message, asking you to login to your TheBeast2 account. Click ‘Enter Details’ to enter your email address you used to sign up for the account and the password you created earlier.

#11. Enter the email address and click ‘OK’

#12. Now, enter the password and again click ‘OK’

#13. Now, click the latest version of The Beast build you see for the version of Kodi you have.

At the time of writing this guide, The Beast 17.6 April 3^rd (v1.12) version was the last released. So, I am going to go ahead and click it.

Now, it will ask me whether I want to ‘Wipe + Install’ or ‘No Wipe + Install’.

Basically, Wipe + Install will carry out the fresh installation. It will reset Kodi to default and remove all your addons and Kodi settings.

No Wipe + Install will retain some of your addons and Kodi settings. It is also called ‘Standard’ installation.

As I have nothing to retain, I am going to go with the fresh installation. You may choose any one of the two of your preference.

Confirm your action by click ‘Yes, Continue’ when you see the following message

The Beast installer will wipe out the current Kodi setup and the following message will appear.

Click ‘OK’ to continue.

Again, confirm your action by clicking ‘Yes, Install’ when the following message shows up

The installation process will thus start and the progress will appear as shown in the image below. Make sure you keep you keep the device connected to the internet while the Beast Kodi build is being installed.

It may take 5-10 minutes to install the build. Once the installation is complete, you will be asked to force close Kodi for the changes to take effect. Click ‘OK’.

Click ‘Yes, Close’ and confirm your action

Now, go ahead and restart Kodi. The start-up screen will change from the default to the following

And, the default Estuary home-screen of Kodi will change to the following home-screen.
